Some of SOW programming and methodologies:

The Mother Wit Conference was created to support attendees with a safe space to cooperatively, compassionately and collectively share and explore how women and men navigate the mental, emotional and spiritual impact of infertility, pregnancy, infant loss and post partum depression/psychosis. The conference is a full day of activities and experiential processes that will inspire the exchange of stories, ideas and energy from the conference attendees. Through the use of inspirational speakers, workshops and presentations, conference presenters and facilitators will co-create a powerful space for community healing. http://www.motherwitconference.com/

The “Be The Tree” Rites of Passage Collective is a power-full process, designed by Spirit of A Woman (S.O.W.) Leadership Development Institute for adult women who are in search of mind, body and spirit balance and wish to explore the deeper parts of themselves in order to enhance their life journeys. This 3 month healing circle, creates the space for Si-STARS to discover the “root” of their power and to embrace the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and cultural dimensions of their womanhood so that they may gain a greater sense of purpose in the world. Sessions include experiential activities, group discussions, vision coaching, sacred rituals, artistic expression and a closing ceremony with certificates of completion

PSYCHODRAMA is a powerful healing modality that utilizes guided, dramatic action to examine problems or issues experienced by individuals or groups. It allows for the exploration of the challenges, concerns, dreams and highest aspirations of individuals, groups, systems and organizations. Action methods are used to enable past, present and future life events to be examined, reflected on and acted out so that the individual/group may take action to discover practical solutions to problems instead of just talking about them. Psychodrama has strong elements of theater and encourages the use of improvisation and props to enhance the therapeutic process. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyj9VthP8ZY
SOCIOMETRY is the measurement of social connections and commonality among groups and promotes the development of stronger bonds, identifies barriers to communication and examines the multiple roles that we take on as we navigate our lives.
